Subscription orders for LAVOIR are billed on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency you select at checkout. Subscriptions are available to customers in the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, the United States, and Canada, on the terms set out below.

Your consent
By starting a subscription, you give your express, affirmative consent to LAVOIR charging your saved payment method automatically at your chosen delivery rhythm, on a recurring basis, until the subscription is cancelled in line with these terms. You will see this commitment, including the minimum order requirement below, clearly stated before you complete your purchase.

Minimum commitment
Our subscriptions have a minimum of three (3) orders. Your first three deliveries are a commitment, and cancellation becomes available once those three orders have been fulfilled.

How to cancel
After your third order, you may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing date. You can do this yourself, at any time, through your customer account — the same way you started it — or by emailing hello@lavoir.co.uk with your order number. We will not add extra steps, retention offers, or delays once you are eligible to cancel; we process cancellation requests promptly and confirm by email once your subscription has ended.

Once a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be fulfilled as scheduled.

Price and schedule changes
Subscription pricing and delivery intervals are fixed at the time of purchase but may be updated with reasonable advance notice by email prior to future billing cycles. Any change will apply only from your next delivery after that notice, and you may cancel (once past your minimum commitment) if you don't wish to continue at the new price.

Orders shipped to the United States and Canada
Subscription deliveries to the United States and Canada are subject to the same shipping, dispatch, and customs terms as one-off orders, set out in our Shipping policy, including that import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these recurring terms, including the minimum of three orders.

Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your first order is not affected.
