Returns

Each bottle of LAVOIR is prepared in small batches in Cheltenham, with care given to what is made and how it is sent.

Changed your mind
You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you'd like to cancel, for any reason. Once you've let us know, you have a further 14 days to send it back. Email hello@lavoir.co.uk with your order number to start a return.

You're welcome to open the box and check your order, as you would in a shop. Items returned unopened are refunded in full.

The product must be returned to us before any refund is issued. Once a bottle has been opened or used, we are unable to resell or repackage it, so a full refund is no longer possible — in this case we issue a partial refund of 50% of the product price.

Return postage for a change of mind is the customer's responsibility, including for orders returned from outside the United Kingdom. If an item is faulty or we've sent the wrong thing, we cover the postage and refund you in full.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back, or your proof that you've sent it.

If something isn't right
We take great care packing each order. If yours arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us at hello@lavoir.co.uk with your order number and a photo — ideally within 48 hours, though letting us know later won't affect your rights. We'll review it with attention and make it right.

All refund, replacement, and damage claims must be supported by genuine, unaltered photographs. Any images we reasonably determine to be fabricated, edited, or AI-generated will be rejected, and the related claim may be refused. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of goods that are genuinely faulty, damaged, or not as described.

This policy applies to all orders regardless of where they are delivered, and does not remove or replace any other rights you may have under the consumer protection law of the country your order is shipped to.

Before ordering
Our formulas, scents, and materials are described as clearly as we can, and we encourage you to read each product carefully before buying. LAVOIR is made in small batches, by hand — and we stand behind what we send.
